I bought this as a birthday gift for my adult brother who shares my sense of humor. It was well received and will probably become a dispenser at the sink rather than in the shower. It has suction cups on the back to hold it in place, so it is best attached to a smooth tile surface. The liquid soap (or gel) comes from only one nostril when you press on the side of the nose. The package is said to include a bottle of gel. However, the one I received (the lowest priced one at Amazon from Blutekusa) did not have the gel included, so I had to make the extra purchase of gel and a small enough bottle to fit into the box before I gave the gift. I think it is a fun addition to any bathroom, especially for children or adults with a sense of humor (I may get one for myself). I would recommend it but suggest caution with the vendor.
